Backlink Energizer is one of the most popular WordPress plugin nowadays. Created by Steve Aylor, this plugin function to get your backlinks indexed faster by Google search engine. The faster you get your links indexed, the faster Google pays attention and the faster your rankings improve.
Different from Wp Syndicator which automatically creates backlink for blog posting, Backlink Energizer only creates backlink for link that you place in the add links column on its option. Although you can create blog posting backlink with Backlink Energizer, it’s still not easier than Wp Syndicator. You have to place the post links manually in the add links column on Backlink Energizer instead of automatically creates backlink.
I’ve tried using this plugin and the result is very impressive. So I try to write my experience about it and these are my pros and cons.
Backlink Energizer Pros
- Creates blog post automatically from RSS feed that you choose into your Web 2.0 website (Blogger, Posterous, WordPress, TypePad, Tumblr, Live Journal, Multiply, etc) or self hosted WordPress blog network (WPMU based). You only need to find the RSS feed as content resource and this plugin will post it.
- Creates backlink for submitted URL on Backlink Energizer option to Web 2.0 service and WordPress blog (included WPMU) automatically. This feature is the main feature of Backlink Energizer, therefore you can create backlink for other backlinks that you have created from other resources such as forum profile backlink, blog commenter backlink, and many others. By creating backlink on Web 2.0 service, your posts and links will be indexed faster on search engine.
- Creates post schedule on Web 2.0 website or WordPress blog by using cronjob, so your backlink will be more natural on search engine.
- Sometimes we’re lazy enough to create account on Web 2.0 or finding our own rss feed source. That’s why Steve Aylor provides the cluster, a Web 2.0 account data which is created completely with RSS feed sources and keywords that will be used as anchor text for backlink.
Backlink Energizer Cons
- Although the Web 2.0 is well known as a trusted website by Google and a potential way to get backlink indexed faster, unfortunately Backlink Energizer doesn’t integrate the social media website such as twitter and friendfeed. As we all know, the social media website is also potential to get indexing process faster on search engine. I’m sure if Backlink Energizer has this feature, it will be more powerful.
- Backlink Energizer doesn’t create backlink automatically on blog posting. It’s probably because its purpose is to make WordPress as indexer machine that helps indexing process on created backlink instead of backlink builder.
